One Rogue at a Time by Jade Lee my review

Review Courtesy of April Hollingworth

This is the second book in the fabulous Rakes and Rogues and I loved it. It had me laughing, cheering, a couple of happy sighs and the few times shouting at the book. Especially when the characters couldn’t see what was in front of their eyes, or mainly believed due to circumstances that what they want is out of the reach. Oh I truly loved this book and series too.

The Review:

Brant Hallowsby grew up on the fringes of society, not quite a gentleman or a commoner, instead he is a bastard son of nobility, who can talk the talk yet has nothing to lose, which is exactly what Bella Ballinger needs.

Bella needs Brant’s help so that she can become a perfect English rose. Like Brant, Bella is part of the ton and excluded from it. Brant knows Bella is hiding something from him, as he falls for her sparkling eyes and soft kin, he just can’t find it in himself to care about her secrets. Until he discovers the one thing that could tear them apart.
